Life coaching is ideal if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unfulfilled despite your best efforts. If you've tried self-help books, workshops, or even therapy but still struggle with self-doubt, limiting beliefs, or lack of clarity about your purpose, coaching provides the personalized guidance and accountability to finally break through. I specialize in helping women who know they're capable of more but can't seem to get out of their own way.

Yes, absolutely! I offer virtual coaching sessions to clients worldwide. Whether you're in Dyer, Indiana, or across the globe, we can connect online. This makes it easy to fit coaching into your life, no matter how busy you are—no travel required!

Therapy typically focuses on healing past wounds and understanding why you feel the way you do. Coaching focuses on where you want to go and how to get there. While I'm trauma-informed and create a safe space for emotional healing, my primary focus is helping you take action, build confidence, and create the life you truly want. Many of my clients have done therapy and found coaching to be the missing piece that helps them actually implement change.
