What's LOVE got to do with it?

Think about this word 'LOVE'; it's such a fascinating word because it's complex in nature.


When you express or feel love, you are by virtue tapping into so many other emotions such as 'gratitude', 'joy', 'appreciation', 'connection', 'forgiveness', 'acceptance', and so many other high vibration emotions.


While in the vibration and expression of love you are, at the same time, disengaged from 'judgement', 'worry', 'anger', 'wanting', 'sadness', 'frustration', 'insecurity' and any other negative vibration. 


The expression of LOVE is actually like a muscle that you build over time as you use it and practice it.


There was a time when I could not consciously feel or express much love because my brain was so completely fixated on  pain and my survival through it. Fast forward to now; I live in such an abundant state of love each day because I consciously focus on finding reasons to love.


And it's a good thing I do, and you should too, because being in a state of love is not only good for others (when they receive it from you) but it's also good for you and your health.


Dr. Joe Dispenza,(an expert in mind-body connection and rewiring our brain for self-healing & manifestation), explains that our hearts are hard-wired to our brain's amygdala (a part of the limbic system responsible for emotions, survival instincts, and memory.) "Research demonstrates that when the heart is open & feels love, that energy creates a new baseline in the brain and body’s survival systems. It reset it into a more harmonious, more elevated state bringing us into a state of homeostasis, freeing us from the past, & gaining us the freedom to create our future."


So you see, by doing the work that enables you to FEEL and EXPRESS love at a greater level, you are in turn affecting your overall health. It's no wonder that so many have cured themselves of diseases by going inward, healing the past and moving to a state of love, forgiveness and appreciation.


Think about the last time you fell 'in love'. Ah what a glorious feeling that was. Remember how you felt? Like nothing could rattle you? The sky seemed brighter, you noticed the squirrels for maybe the 1st time, and heck, you may have even sang out-loud in your car. "Hey who cares"....you thought... "I'm in love".


That love colored your world in beautiful colors and everything was coming up roses♣.

So what if you could feel that way without the romantic love?

You CAN! LOVE is a muscle that you can develop over time so that you can feel that euphoria and 'feel' the world through a completely different lens.


Basically, you CHOOSE! It starts with an INTENTION, followed by a commitment to develop, strengthen, express and expand it.  (Kinda like going to the gym and working out those muscles only with far more results that i can see :-)


Love is like a muscle, the more you give it the more it grows within you and outside of you. And when you are in a state of love, everything flows more easily because you are in the highest vibrational energy possible - the vibration of LOVE!
